Job Description

Manage regulatory enquiries and ongoing engagement with relevant regulatory bodies Support licensing applications, renewals and regulatory filings Prepare and submit periodic compliance and regulatory reports Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks, controls and monitoring processes Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to business stakeholders Deliver compliance training and promote regulatory awareness across the organisation Partner with regional and global teams to ensure adherence to governance standards and regulatory obligations The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline At least 8 years of compliance, legal, risk, audit or regulatory experience within financial services Experience supporting MAS regulatory requirements and licensing matters Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance and regulatory reporting What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to join a globally respected investment management organisation with strong regulatory standards and a collaborative working culture.
