The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding Ultra-High-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth clients through the complexities of the Gurugram luxury residential landscape, ensuring exceptional service delivery and substantial revenue generation. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive market research and networking to identify emerging trends and high-potential investment opportunities in the luxury sector. • Manage the full lifecycle of new launch, resale, and exclusive inventory properties, ensuring optimal positioning and marketing strategies. • Build and maintain robust professional networks with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders to secure premium listings. • Deliver persuasive presentations and maintain clear, effective communication channels with all parties involved in complex transactions. • Execute high-end residential sales strategies tailored specifically to the demands of the luxury market. • Apply specialized knowledge of the Gurugram real estate environment to provide accurate valuations and strategic advice. • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring their unique requirements are met with discretion and professionalism. • Oversee end-to-end client relationship management, from initial consultation to post-sale support, to foster trust and repeat business.
