The employee will contribute to the development and enhancement of our proprietary AI-powered software platform, working alongside experienced engineers and PhD-level data scientists to build innovative solutions for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. You'll work in a modern cloud-based development environment, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to both frontend and backend development while delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our in-house software platform. Build and deploy applications within an AWS cloud environment. Work from assigned tickets through completion, following established engineering workflows. Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Submit pull requests for peer review and incorporate feedback before production deployment. Collaborate closely with software engineers, PhD-level data scientists, and cross-functional teams. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, engineering meetings, and technical discussions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve products and processes. Maintain documentation and collaborate using modern development tools.
