IT Specialist

Responsibilities As an IT Specialist, you will support the delivery of IT services across Singapore and the Asia region, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues and user requests.

Working closely with the Senior IT Specialist and global IT teams, you will diagnose and resolve IT-related issues, maintain end-user devices and systems, support IT administration and documentation, and assist with the implementation of technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and user account issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.

Apply technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and end-user technologies. Manage and prioritise support requests through the helpdesk process, ensuring effective issue tracking, resolution, and escalation where required.

Demonstrate knowledge of IT asset management practices by supporting the procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, licensing, and retirement of IT equipment and software.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, asset records, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Monitor system and network performance, perform routine maintenance activities, and identify opportunities to improveoperational efficiency and user experience.

Support the implementation and adherence to cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices to safeguard company systems, data, and technology assets.

Collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders and the Group IT team in Italy to support technology standards, system administration activities, and the delivery of IT services.
