Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the post-signing customer journey for Amazon Connect Decisions across APJ. Youβll drive adoption, monitor health, and lead renewal motions to grow recurring revenue with partners and customers.
You will coordinate with field and specialist teams across ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan and Korea to convert launches into durable, expanding relationships and to adopt shared CS frameworks that improve regional
