Experience • Mid-Level: 3+ years of PeopleSoft development experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 • Senior: 5+ years, including ownership of technical design and complex integrations • Proven track record of designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications • Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules (Mid-Level: hands-on development experience with at least two of the following and working familiarity with the rest; Senior: hands-on experience across the full set) • Inventory Management • Order Management • Warehouse Operations • Manufacturing Technical skills • PeopleSoft Application Designer • PeopleCode • Application Engine • Component Interfaces • Integration Broker • SQL • Code migration and release management processes • Technical design and development best practices Integration experience • Designing, developing, and supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems • Working with REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, and JSON • Troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations • Integrating PeopleSoft with third-party applications, warehouse management systems, manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Nice to Have • Phire Change Management (or similar tools, e.g. STAT) and DevOps practices • BI Publisher, nVision, or Query Manager reporting • Oracle PL/SQL and query tuning • PeopleSoft Fluid UI • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades or migrations (9.1 to 9.2, PeopleTools upgrades) • Knowledge of supply chain processes: WMS, production planning, inventory operations • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, computer system validation, audit trails) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in an international, distributed setup • Mentoring and code-review experience (Senior) We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior PeopleSoft Developers (SCM) to design, develop, integrate, and support production PeopleSoft 9.2 applications based on PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQL, and REST/SOAP integrations. We are building a team of PeopleSoft Developers working across application development, customizations, enhancements, system integrations, release management, and production support. The role involves hands-on work with PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules — Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing — including building enhancements, developing technical objects, and designing integrations with warehouse management systems, manufacturing systems, and other enterprise applications. The final seniority level will depend on your experience, technical independence, and scope of ownership. This is a hands-on role. Mid-Level Developers will focus on delivering enhancements, customizations, PeopleCode and Application Engine programs, inbound and outbound integrations, SIT and UAT support, and code migrations. Senior Developers will additionally influence technical design, integration architecture, development and code-review standards, release management practices, performance, and production-readiness standards.
