Work model: Remote, Bulgaria What You’ll Do Deliver best-in-industry modelsfor detection of subrogation opportunities using the latest ML advancements andbest software engineering practices Meet and collaborate withbusiness stakeholders (customers, sales and product managers) to drive thedevelopment of new models and features based on Collaborate with data engineeringand software engineering team to ensure a smooth flow of data across teams andAPIs related to outbound subrogation Mentor junior ML engineers in theoutbound subro team to form a high-performing team What You Bring Deep understanding of MLlifecycle: development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration Excellent communication skills;ability to explain complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders Hands-on experience in experimentdesign and model valuation Expertise with ML system design,model deployment, and production ML systems Experience in engineeringproduction-grade GenAI features with robust validation, sanity checks, andstructured outputs to mitigate hallucination and business risk Proficiency with AWS stackrelated to ML (e.
