In this hands-on role, you will design and implement governance controls that ensure a secure and manageable platform structure. You will be responsible for establishing operational Development, Test, Acceptance, and Production (DTAP) environments, as well as implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. This position is remote, allowing you to collaborate with a talented team while contributing to impactful projects. This is how we organize our work This is how we work • you focus on a single project at a time • you have influence on the technological solutions applied • you focus on product development • agile Team members • technical leader • product owner • project manager • IT administrator Your responsibilities • Implementing and operationalizing DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents with clear access controls and release processes • Designing and enforcing governance for the Power Platform, including connector policies and workspace management • Configuring and validating governance controls to ensure compliance and manage exceptions through a formal approval process • Establishing and maintaining Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, source control, and deployment pipelines • Implementing CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps • Managing platform security and administration, including access management and compliance controls • Introducing operational ownership practices, including application inventory management and lifecycle management • Developing governance documentation and providing training to ensure the sustainability of the governance model Our requirements • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Strong expertise in implementing governance controls and managing Power Platform environments • Practical experience with designing and implementing DTAP environments and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) • Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD processes • Ability to configure and enforce governance policies, security controls, and access management • Knowledge of platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling • Experience managing and remediating existing Power Platform estates (apps, flows, workspaces, reports, semantic models) • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to balance business needs and governance requirements • Fluent Polish and English • Residency in Poland Optional • Experience with AI Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio • Knowledge of test data management and rollback strategies for Power Platform deployments • Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem • Previous work with enterprise-scale Power Platform environments What we offer • Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas • Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market • We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 • Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more • Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work • Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application • PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers • Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose • Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People This is how we work on a project • Continuous Deployment • Continuous Integration • documentation Recruitment stages • Send your CV • Talk to us about your expectations • Learn more about our projects and choose the best • Start your adventure with Sii!
