Senior Technical Lead – AI & Digital Transformation

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead – AI & Digital Transformation to join our team in Singapore and support a global enterprise client on strategic digital and AI initiatives. The role will lead technical architecture, engineering delivery and integration for enterprise-scale digital products and AI-enabled platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Enterprise/Solution Architects, Data & AI teams and engineering squads across multiple regions. The ideal candidate combines strong solution architecture and software engineering leadership with practical experience in cloud-native platforms, enterprise integration and emerging AI technologies. Senior Technical Lead - JD Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end technical architecture for assigned digital products and platforms. • Design scalable, secure and resilient cloud-native architectures. • Lead technical delivery from discovery and solution design through development, deployment and production. • Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders during roadmap planning and solution discovery. • Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and implementation options. • Contribute to build-vs-buy and technology/platform selection decisions. • Design and guide implementation of:Distributed systems Microservices architectureAPI-first solutions Cloud-native applications Workflow orchestration services • Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate Generative AI services and Agentic AI workflows. • Drive engineering standards around code quality, testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps. • Conduct architecture reviews and technical design sessions. • Support sprint planning and resolve complex technical and delivery challenges. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, information security and data governance requirements. • Promote responsible adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle.
