React Technical Lead

Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: • Strong expertise in React and modern front-end development practices • Full-stack development experience, including strong recent experience with C#/.NET and back-end API development • Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications • Proven experience with data migration, ETL, or integration projects • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling • Experience contributing to technical design and architectural discussions • Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Desirable: Experience on large-scale transformation programmes • Desirable: Exposure to cloud-based architectures and modern deployment approaches • Desirable: Experience integrating with multiple enterprise platforms and third-party systems • Desirable: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tooling Responsibilities: • Lead the creation of a new front-end system, rebuilding existing components and developing a greenfield user experience • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across front-end and back-end technologies • Contribute to data migration, integration, and technical design activities • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and testing teams in an Agile delivery environment • Work across the full technology stack as required Technologies: • API • C# • Cloud • Confluence • ETL • JIRA • React • ASP.NET • UX UI Design More: We are seeking client-facing Senior or Lead React Developers for a major business transformation programme focused on modernising platforms, data capabilities, and core business processes. The initial engagement is three months within a long-term programme. The role is based in Birmingham, with flexible remote working; candidates across the UK can be considered.
