French-Speaking Luxury Cosmetics Sales Consultant

CloserHire is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris, France. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales.

You’ll represent premium beauty products, engage directly with customers, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. No previous sales experience is required, as full training is provided.

For eligible candidates relocating to France, the company provides relocation support, including a paid flight to Paris and accommodation at a subsidized daily rate.

Your Role: Represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics Approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products Demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively Build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities Work towards individual and team sales targets Maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards Work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00 Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment Requirements: French B2 or above English B2 or above Energetic, positive, confident, and highly motivated Strong communication and people skills Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment Previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required Available to work full-time in Paris EU citizenship or a valid French work permit is required The Offer: Uncapped commission with strong earning potential Guaranteed minimum earnings during the first 6 months, providing additional security while you build your sales performance Fully paid training – no previous sales experience required Flight covered for eligible candidates relocating to Paris Accommodation provided for relocating candidates at a subsidized daily rate Fast-track opportunities into management training for top performers International and energetic working environment Opportunity to develop a career in luxury cosmetics and high-performance sales Self-employed contract for candidates recruited from abroad CDD employment contract available for eligible local candidates
