About the Opportunity Join a high-impact AI pod as an AI Solutions Lead , bridging deep generative AI architecture with enterprise business automation. This role is focused on AI Engineering & Architecture , complemented by Low-Code Enterprise Integration . In this dual-impact position, you will lead enterprise client initiatives while collaborating internally with our core team to shape proprietary AI platforms and products. You will own solution design, technical architecture, AI governance, and stakeholder relationships—architecting production-grade LLMs, RAG systems, and custom AI agent workflows, while integrating them seamlessly into Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Salesforce Agentforce environments. About the Client Our client is a global leader in industrial process control and automation technology, enabling enterprise manufacturers to optimize performance through cutting-edge AI innovation and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Engineering & Architecture • Custom AI & Agent Architecture: Own the technical direction of production-grade AI agent platforms, copilot solutions, and RAG/vector search implementations, evaluating structured LLM reasoning vs. custom orchestration. • Dual-Impact Delivery: Lead client-facing AI technical implementations while collaborating with internal teams to design and evolve core AI models, frameworks, and shared tooling. • Hands-on Technical Leadership: Set engineering standards, build reusable AI component libraries, and actively contribute to Python codebases alongside engineering teams during complex technical decisions. • Governance & Testing Frameworks: Define LLM evaluation standards (accuracy, security, latency, and cost) and enforce responsible-AI practices, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop validation gates. 2. Low-Code & Enterprise Automation • Low-Code Integration & Workflows: Connect enterprise LLMs and AI agent capabilities directly into business workflows via Power Platform ( Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse ) and Salesforce Agentforce. • Solution Discovery & Design: Translate executive business needs into scalable end-to-end architectures, pairing low-code speed with deep custom AI backend logic. • Adoption & Strategy: Facilitate technical workshops and manage bi-weekly backlog prioritization to keep clients ahead of Microsoft, Salesforce, and broader Generative AI roadmaps. Requirements (Must-Haves) • Core Profile: 8+ years delivering enterprise software solutions, with 4+ years operating as an AI Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead. • Strong AI Engineering Focus: • Proven track record designing and shipping production LLM/AI solutions and agentic frameworks in the last 12–18 months. • Hands-on experience with AI cloud platforms and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Claude Enterprise, or frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex). • Solid production software engineering fundamentals: strong Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy), API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Microsoft Graph), and relational databases (PostgreSQL). • Low-Code & Automation Experience: Practical experience with Power Platform ( Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse ), including environment strategy, ALM, and governance at enterprise scale ( Copilot Studio or Salesforce Agentforce is a strong plus ). • Consultative & Discovery Skills: Experience facilitating technical discovery workshops with business/executive stakeholders and converting business goals into engineering specs. • Communication: Advanced/Fluent English (C1+ verified) for leading technical client discussions and internal pod sessions. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) • Microsoft or Salesforce certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, Agentforce Specialist). • Experience with real-time/voice AI systems (WebRTC, audio streaming APIs). • Domain expertise in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, HR/Recruiting Tech, or IFS ERP. • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and international regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
