• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions • Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams • Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment • Living in Poland Nice-to-have requirements • Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce • Experience with Agile methodologies We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset.
