Full Stack Engineer/ServiceNow HRSD

Key Responsibilities: • Design configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform • Implement and support HR Case Management Employee Center Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events modules • Develop and customize ServiceNow components using Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer • Create and maintain HR catalog items record producers workflows and approval processes • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and HR applications such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Active Directory and Payroll systems • Build and support REST SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub and custom web services • Configure role based access controls and ensure data privacy and security for HR related information • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues incidents and enhancement requests • Participate in requirement gathering solution design development testing and deployment activities • Collaborate with HR stakeholders business analysts and technical teams to deliver HR automation initiatives • Perform code reviews and maintain development standards aligned with ServiceNow best practices • Support platform upgrades patching activities and regression testing • Create technical documentation knowledge articles and operational procedures Technical Requirements: • Technology Infra ToolAdministration ITSM ServiceNow HRSD Preferred Skills: Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-HRSD Experience: 0.00-0.00 Years
