IT Business Analyst

What You'll Do • Partner with external stakeholders, customers, and partners to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop innovative solutions. • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business objectives and challenges. • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documentation. • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), workflows, process maps, sequence diagrams, and other project artifacts. • Create low-fidelity prototypes and validate end-to-end business processes and user experiences. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies, prepare test data, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Analyze and troubleshoot business and system-related issues, identifying practical and scalable solutions. • Lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while managing priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of key milestones. • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance business performance. • Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives through strategic analysis and solution design. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments. • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements. • Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise system environments. • Experience with SAP technologies and enterprise implementations. • Familiarity with ASAP methodology and Design Thinking principles. • Experience supporting full lifecycle software or ERP implementations. • Exposure to process improvement, business transformation, or digital modernization initiatives.
