Within GBS, the Source to Pay (S2P) process plays a key role in ensuring a seamless vendor journey—from order creation to payment. It supports business growth through standardization, automation, and a strong vendor-centric approach. The S2P Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with global policies, leading strategic initiatives, and supporting the S2P Senior Manager. This role oversees Accounts Payable operations for the region—including postings, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close—serves as an escalation point for process-related issues and manages the AP team to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive success and create value for the region, positively impacting market KPIs. Acting as a market ambassador by actively engaging stakeholders, listening to local/regional needs, and ensuring high compliance with market requirements. Identify and anticipate risks affecting market operations and performance, support issue resolution and prioritization effectively. Collaborate closely with Operations Leads and Functional Leads (globally located) within S2P to drive business growth and performance. Lead Business Performance Reviews and ensure action plans are implemented in alignment with market needs and S2P procedures. Manage the AP team, including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisal guidance. Ensure team members are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform effectively. Maintain AP KPIs at optimal levels and provide visibility to stakeholders through dashboards and regular reporting. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
