Key Responsibilities: • Design and produce high-quality graphics for customer bids, presentations, and marketing collateral • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising artistic creativity • Control and interpret information flow between team members to distil complex concepts or technical information into simple, easy to understand visual materials • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and contribute to step-change customer-facing bid and proposal content that amplifies the Version 1 brand • Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of personal design deliverables, ensuring all work is consistent, on-brand and delivered to a high standard of visual excellence.
