Senior Test Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Information Technology or Business. • 5+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with business users, business analysts, technical teams, project managers, security teams, and third-party vendors. • 5+ years of experience developing end-user training materials including user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, process documentation, training presentations, and knowledge articles. • 5+ years of experience validating training materials against system functionality and business processes to ensure accuracy and usability. • 5+ years of experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating defects through resolution. • 5+ years of experience maintaining test execution records, testing metrics, trackers, and status reporting for project stakeholders. • 5+ years of experience in software testing methodologies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business process validation. • 5+ years of experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements and acceptance criteria. • 5+ years of experience supporting data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment readiness activities. • 5+ years of experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with sprint-based testing cycles. Responsibilities: • Develop, update, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases aligned with approved business requirements, ServiceNow stories, and acceptance criteria. • Leverage approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve test coverage, traceability, and efficiency. • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including functional testing, enhancement testing, regression testing, end-to-end process testing, and retesting activities. • Identify, document, track, and validate defects, including severity assessment, supporting evidence, and root cause analysis support. • Utilize AI-enabled tools to support defect analysis, pattern identification, and documentation activities. • Maintain testing documentation, execution records, traceability information, and testing status reports using approved project tools. • Support integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation activities. • Monitor testing progress and communicate testing risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and blockers that may impact project timelines. • Participate in sprint-based and release-based testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect triage, and smoke testing. • Develop, update, and maintain training materials and business readiness artifacts such as user guides, job aids, and FAQ content. • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure training materials reflect approved business processes. • Support training readiness by preparing training scenarios, datasets, demonstrations, and user adoption materials. • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, user walkthroughs, and demonstrations as required. • Validate training materials and AI-generated content against system functionality and business processes. • Provide support during go-live, business readiness assessments, operational transition, and post-implementation stabilization periods. • Identify opportunities to improve testing and documentation through the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI tools. • Assess and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and completeness. Nice to Have: • Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification. • Agile certification. • Professional qualification in Test Management (e.g., ISTQB or QAI certification). • Prosci change management certification or designation. • SAFe 6 practice consultant Certification. • 5+ years of experience designing role-based training programs and learning plans. • 1+ years of experience developing and delivering training materials on data, analytics, and AI best practices. • 1+ years of experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to develop test cases, scenarios, and user documentation. • 5+ years of experience supporting or facilitating end-user training sessions in classroom, virtual, or hybrid settings. • 5+ years of experience supporting business readiness, go-live activities, and operational transition. • 2+ years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing service transformation initiatives. • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
