Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands-on experience. CCSG Legal offer an unmatched exposure to litigation experience across two unique sectors. As a Paralegal, your main aim is to run a high-volume, front-end litigation practice with a focus on recoveries across the insurance and commercial sector. We offer a hybrid working model for full time employees, comprising three days in the office and two days working from home, available upon successful completion of probation. Responsibilities Here’s an example of your day to day: • Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery; • Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement; • Collaborate with major clients and actively participate in court proceedings across Australia; • Provide essential legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research; • Engage in customer service-focused activities, regularly communicating with clients and involved parties via phone and email; • Master the art of time management and relationship building to excel in your role.
