Manage and supervise the assigned Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of efficiency, customer/patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

To ensure work quality and effective calls handling practices, the supervisor regularly conducts audits to ensure quality, compliance and the consistent application of Service Center policies and procedures.

Vous serez en charge de définir et d’implémenter la Roadmap Relation Client, en assurant une synergie constante avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes : Marketing, Ventes, SAV, Affaires Réglementaires, Qualité, DSI.

Vous piloterez le déploiement des modules Salesforce Community, en assumant la responsabilité de la gestion budgétaire, du respect des jalons critiques et de la qualité finale des livrables Avec le soutien du marketing opérationnel, vous concevez et déployez les plans de communication ainsi que les actions de marketing digital pour maximiser l’impact et l’adoption des nouveaux outils Vous animerez le comité CRM mensuel qui vise à garantir le Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle MCO du CRM Salesforce et agissez en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié du prestataire intégrateur pour Salesforce.

Vous garantissez l'adoption optimale des outils (ERP, Salesforce) en veillant à l’application des meilleures pratiques digitales par les équipes de la Relation Client et les équipes commerciales Export Are you a Match?

Diplômé : Bac +5 de type école de commerce Savoir-faire Vous maîtrisez les techniques de management de projets (Agile, Scrum) et des outils de collaboration associés (Smartsheet,etc.)

Vous connaissez l'outil Salesforce ou un autre outil de gestion relation client Vous connaissez le métier IT et savez appréhender les besoins opérationnels pour les adapter aux environnements digitaux Vous parlez couramment anglais et français, une troisième langue peut être utile.

Savoir-être Efficace, réactif(ve) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes orienté(e) satisfaction clients (externes et internes) et réalisez un travail fiable et de qualité. Vous aimez les challenges. Vous avez le sens des priorités et savez gérer en toute autonomie plusieurs sujets en parallèle.

Forte capacité à travailler en équipe, ténacité et vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et faites preuve de capacité d’adaptation. Force de proposition et capable de prendre des initiatives afin de résoudre des problèmes.
