Sr Procurement Buyer

A strategic sourcing buyer negotiates midsize value contracts, complex requirements and coordinates meetings with internal clients to meet objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness and productivity savings · Drive SBG strategic plan with supporting strategies to achieve productivity/cost savings.

· Align with Commodity Strategies including spend site analysis, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends · Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships · Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories, etc.

· Inventory and Lead time reductions · Assist in Site Tactical Procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required YOU MUST HAVE + Extensive experience in procurement and project management + Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.

+ Strong negotiation and contract management skills. + Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen. + In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
