Electrical Design EngineerRoleOwn and deliver electrical design, validation, and industrialization of power electronics products and systems, ensuring performance, safety, compliance, manufacturability, and lifecycle reliability across Solar, BESS/PCS, EV Chargers, Electrolysers, and Industrial Power Systems, Microgrid and Data centre productsKey Responsibilities1.

Electrical Design and Engineering of Power Conversion products for solar, PCS, EC Charger and industrial power conversion products. Define system-level electrical architecture. Prepare BOM and Electrical Engineering Schematics, Component selectionOwn power stage design (rectifiers, inverters, DC-DC stages).

Define protection, grounding, and insulation strategies. Select and qualify semiconductors, magnetics, and passives. Support Prototype development2. Compliance, Safety & EMCEnsure compliance with:IEC / UL / IS standardsGrid codes and product safety normsOwn creepage & clearance, insulation coordination, and earthing.

Drive EMI/EMC design and mitigation strategies. Support certification and third-party audits. 3. Electrical Validation & ReliabilityDefine electrical validation plans (DVT, HALT, HASS). Support thermal and derating analysis. Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions.

Drive design robustness and reliability improvements. 4. Manufacturing & Cost OptimizationSupport NPI, production ramp-up, and yield improvement. Drive BOM optimization and cost reduction. Support supplier technical discussions and qualification. 5.
