Cost Manager - Data Centre

Key Responsibilities • Support feasibility studies and procurement reports. • Prepare cost estimates and cost plans, including the presentation of final cost plans. • Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification processes, tender analysis, and reporting. • Manage post-contract cost variations and change control processes. • Conduct cost checks and valuations, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports. • Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout all project stages. • Lead cost management teams, promoting accountability and high-quality service delivery. • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support business growth. • Assist in the preparation of bid documentation. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management procedures, templates, and service offerings. • Ensure key project information and lessons learned are captured within internal knowledge management systems. • Monitor financial performance using FMS. • Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. • Review commission management quality and operational efficiency.
