**Required Skills & Experience** + 5+ years of experience in a cloud infrastructure management role + Strong understanding of IT operations, platform technologies, and site reliability best practices + Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native technologies **Desired Skills & Experience** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + Experience collaborating with teams across multiple regions, time zones, and office locations **What You Will Be Doing** **Tech Breakdown** + IaC: CloudFormation, CDK, Troposphere + Cloud: AWS + Scripting: Python, Java + ECS, Lambda, Docker, GitHub Actions/Workflows **Daily Responsibilities** + Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions across AWS, data centers, co-location facilities, and network environments + Enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of software delivery pipelines and disaster recovery capabilities + Partner with development and operations teams to support system migrations, monitor critical services, and maintain operational stability + Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure resilience and minimize service disruption + Promote engineering excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives + Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery **The Offer** You will receive the following benefits: + Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options with coverage for employees and dependents, including tax-advantaged HSA and FSA accounts + Employer-paid basic life and disability insurance coverage + 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
