We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status.

Your role in our mission Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction

• Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with HMS contract operations and implementations to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s). Assist in the creation and/or review of client deliverables

• Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management progress toward business goals.

• Assist in the development of reports to monitor operational and financial performance

• Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects

• Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals

• Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)

• Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed

• Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher Five (5) or more years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
