DESCRIPTION: Lead sophisticated, global program initiatives while serving as a strategic partner for Thermo Fisher Scientific's ongoing growth and innovation.

Guide innovative thinking and foster collaboration across geographies and functions to successfully deliver complex projects ranging from business transformations and system implementations to process improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Build and support high-performing project teams while establishing an environment of excellence aligned with Thermo Fisher's values. Partner with senior leadership to define project scope, goals, and success metrics while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Act as the primary point of contact for project status, proactively identifying and addressing risks through effective strategies and clear communication to all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: - 10 years plus experience across clinical systems implementations with executive stakeholder and vendor management skills - Strong understanding of data strategies and platforms from a delivery perspective - Advanced Degree plus 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 15 years of experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives - Preferred Fields of Study: business, engineering, science or related field - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) highly desirable - Change Management certification (e.
