ICU Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position includes three 12-hour day shifts per week, and you will be expected to work every other weekend. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. • Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation. • Educate patients and their families on care plans, procedures, and recovery processes. Qualifications: • Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in an ICU setting. • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. • Local candidates will be accepted within a 50-mile radius. Schedule: This position requires three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekend shifts scheduled every other weekend. On-call shifts are required, with two shifts every four weeks.
