How would you build the next generation of mission critical systems and services that power the ability to send, store and manage billions of products across the globe on behalf - 3+ years of engineering team management experience - 7+ years of engineering experience - 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science - 10+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 8+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 6+ years of engineering team management experience - Experience partnering with product and program management teams - 7+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases) - Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
