What does the role look like? At Ray White Canberra, personal and professional growth is paramount, and one of the ways we achieve this is by investing in our people. Our comprehensive Pathway Program offers you the opportunity to obtain your Real Estate Registration, while working and learning alongside some of Canberra’s top agents and Relationship Managers, you’ll gain exposure to all departments across our business. Beginning from the ground up, our rigorous new to industry program is designed to nurture your development. Upon completion, we anticipate all participants to graduate as Sales Associates, Leasing Consultants, Administrators, or Junior Relationship Managers, based on your skills and preferences. In this program intake, we are looking to hire someone that would like to pursue a career in the property management and leasing space. Employment type: Full time – Monday to Friday Location: Manuka Who are we looking for? Previous successful graduates have come from diverse backgrounds, including removalists, personal trainers, tradespeople, public servants, and teachers. What skills/experience are we looking for? Enthusiasm is key – we seek individuals who are consumer-oriented, possess a drive for making a meaningful impact, excel in problem-solving, and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
