Hiring: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Premium Segment) Location: Sector 70, Faridabad Preferred: Delhi NCR candidates only Experience: 3–5 Years Gender: Male and female both can apply Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who can operate with a managerial mindset in handling premium real estate sales . The candidate should have strong experience in Real Estate or Luxury Sales (Cars / High-end Products) with excellent communication, persuasion, and closing abilities . Key Responsibilities • Handle and convert qualified leads into closures • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations • Build strong relationships with premium clients • Maintain a strong follow-up system and sales pipeline • Take ownership of targets and revenue generation Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate OR Luxury Sales • Exceptional communication and convincing skills • Strong negotiation and closing ability • Experience handling high-value clients • Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality • Must be based in Delhi NCR What We Are Looking For • Someone who can take ownership like a manager and deliver results • Strong ability to pitch, influence, and close premium deals • A self-driven and performance-oriented professional Skills:- Communication Skills, Sales and Sales and operations planning
