Job Description

Own the sales performance of a residential development portfolio at one of Australia’s fastest-growing project marketing firms. ProjX is one of Australia’s fastest-growing project marketing firms, and Queensland’s largest for land subdivision sales, partnering with leading developers to bring land, townhouse and apartment communities to market. Unlike traditional agencies, we manage the entire project lifecycle, from pricing strategy and campaign development through to sales, settlement and handover, all under one roof. With more than $3 billion in projects scheduled to launch and national expansion already underway, we’re entering our next stage of growth. As we scale, we’re expanding our senior team and creating a Project Director role to take ownership of sales performance across a portion of our residential development portfolio. This is a senior, commercially hands-on role with real decision-making power over how our projects are taken to market and sold. What you’ll be doing You’ll own sales performance across our residential development projects end to end, combining hands-on commercial leadership with the structure and accountability a growing business depends on. Your responsibilities will include: • Manage, drive and optimise the sales performance of our residential development projects against company targets and delivery timelines. • Set strategic pricing across projects and oversee Analysts producing CMA reports, price matrixes and market insights. • Own lead management and CRM discipline (monday.com), keeping pipeline and forecasts accurate. • Coordinate project timelines from appointment through to launch, construction and settlement, working closely with consultants. • Oversee contract administration and manage building covenants and property valuation processes. • Build and manage relationships with developers and external consultants including architects, planners, valuers, solicitors, builders and marketing agencies and report directly to developer partners. • Manage project marketing budgets and expenditure, and run project submissions in response to developer RFPs. • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and performance analysis to inform strategy, while ensuring regulatory compliance across all sales activity. About You You’ll be a proven sales leader in residential property who reads a project commercially and backs their team to deliver. You’ll ideally bring: • 2+ years’ proven experience in project sales management or a similar role within residential development projects. • A track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams to consistently hit targets. • Strong commercial judgment weighing pricing, risk, client relationships and long-term value, not just the easiest sale today. • Good working knowledge of lead generation and management, CRM systems, contract negotiation and administration, project management and timeline coordination, strategic pricing and market analytics and regulatory compliance in property development and sales. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication, at ease with developers, consultants and a senior leadership team. • A current real estate agent’s representative registration (QLD or equivalent). • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development or a related field (highly regarded). Why join ProjX? At ProjX, we believe everyone has something extraordinary to offer. We call it your X – the mix of strengths, curiosity, perspective and potential that makes you unlike anyone else and we’re in the business of helping people discover and develop it. That starts with meaningful work that stretches you and gives you genuine ownership, backed by real investment in our people through coaching, feedback, technology and structured development because we know capability compounds. You’ll work alongside ambitious, generous and curious people who raise the standard for one another, where the best ideas can come from anywhere and hierarchy never gets in the way of progress. You’ll help shape a business still writing its story. One that doesn’t inherit legacy systems but builds better ones, backed by proprietary pricing and market-intelligence technology built in-house. Because extraordinary businesses are built by extraordinary people and our role is simply to create the environment where both can thrive. This role is for you if… • You want to own sales performance across a portfolio, not just a single project. • You read every project commercially and back your team through market shifts and setbacks. • You set a high bar and lift the calibre of the people around you. • You’re looking for more than another sales role and want to help build a market-leading business. Ready to join us? If you’re looking for an opportunity to build your career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing project marketing firms, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role based in Brisbane / South East Queensland. A competitive base salary plus commission structure will be offered, commensurate with experience. Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter outlining a residential sales result you’re proud of and why you’re interested in joining ProjX. Immediate start available.
