Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic People Agenda: Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling culture across distributed, hybrid, or frontline teams.

[1]Employee Lifecycle & Journey Mapping: Oversee end-to-end touchpoints from pre-boarding and induction to daily enablement, career progression, and alumni/exit processes.

Listening & Analytics: Design listening strategies (pulse surveys, EX platforms) to measure sentiment, reduce attrition, and translate data into actionable interventions.

HR Tech & Digital Experience: Champion the adoption of modern people platforms (such as Microsoft Viva, Culture Amp, or ServiceNow) to streamline daily work.

[1]Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT (digital tools), Facilities (physical workspace design), and Internal Communications to remove friction from the workday.

Leadership Development & Coaching: Drive coaching programs, performance frameworks, and total rewards strategies that reinforce accountability and recognition.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure robust policies, legal compliance, and ethical standards are maintained across all employee tiers (on-roll, contract, or gig workers).
