We're looking for a full stack developer to take dedicated ownership of our frontend and API layer across a suite of data products - from a distributor directory used by FMCG commercial teams, to retail analytics tools and a content platform. This is a high-autonomy role. You'll work directly with a senior data engineer and a small research team, owning features end-to-end - from API design to deployed UI. You won't know everything on day one, and that's fine. What matters is that you pick things up fast, take pride in what you ship, and are comfortable being thrown into unfamiliar codebases. We expect fluency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) - not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier that lets a small team punch above its weight. Who this is for - You might be a year or two into your career, or self-taught with strong project work. What we care about more than years of experience: - You take full ownership - no ticket-monkey work here, you'll see features through from design to production - You're energised by a broad scope, not intimidated by it - You default to figuring things out rather than waiting to be told - You're comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly - You write code you'd be happy for others to read What you get - Direct impact on products used by commercial teams across 70+ countries - End-to-end ownership from day one - A small, senior team - no bureaucracy, fast decisions - Exposure to AI-native development practices and a modern data stack last updated 41 week of 2026
