Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build and operate secure, scalable and maintainable digital applications. The role covers the complete software lifecycle and technology stack, from user interfaces and backend services to APIs, data stores, integrations and production support. You will work with product, design, engineering, quality, cybersecurity and platform teams to turn business needs into reliable software products. Be Part of Our Success Full Stack Application Development • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services. • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. • Build secure APIs and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems. • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability. • Apply best practices in software architecture, clean code, and reusable design. Quality, Security & Operations • Implement security controls, authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling. • Develop automated unit, integration, API, and UI tests. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and release automation. • Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability. • Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Leadership & Collaboration • Work with business and product teams to refine requirements and solution designs. • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Security, Data, Architecture, and UX teams throughout delivery. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making. • Maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational runbooks. • Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and best practices.
