As Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to leaders across your portfolio, partnering closely with management teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing expert HR, employee relations and industrial relations advice to leaders and employees
• Partnering with managers to support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Leading and managing employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues and workplace investigations
• Coaching and influencing leaders to drive positive people outcomes and foster high-performing teams
• Supporting recruitment and selection processes while ensuring best-practice HR service delivery
• Using workforce data and insights to recommend practical solutions that support business priorities
• Driving strategic HR projects and initiatives that enhance organisational capability and culture
• Providing leadership, guidance and support to HR team members on complex people matters To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Adviser or similar role
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations expertise within a complex organisational environment
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives
• Ability to interpret legislation, industrial instruments and HR policies to provide sound advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and consultative approach
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• AHRI membership or equivalent professional accreditation will be highly regarded What you’ll get in return:
