Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to address complex, enterprise-level challenges. Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across multiple large-scale projects.

Expert proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN, UML, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Proven experience leading requirements management for complex initiatives including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executives and drive consensus. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Product Management, and hybrid methodologies with experience adapting approaches to project needs.

Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate strategic workshops while managing complex stakeholder dynamics. Advanced data analysis skills with experience using insights to drive strategic business decisions. Strategic mindset with focus on delivering measurable value and business outcomes.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members while managing multiple complex priorities. Extensive experience designing testing strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test suites. Expert knowledge of manual and automated testing approaches for web, mobile, and API services.

Deep understanding of agile testing methodologies including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), exploratory testing, and shift-left practices.
