Accounting Executive / Accountant

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping transactions for partial or full sets of multiple clients’ accounts. Prepare management accounts and director statements for year-end filing. Prepare quarterly GST returns. Prepare tax computations and Form C/CS for company income tax. Perform other filings, e.g., IR21, IR8A, GST registration. Perform ACRA filings. Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients of different language backgrounds.
