Senior Brand Manager – Vicks and Braun

About the role As our Senior Brand Manager for Vicks and Braun, you will be the day to day brand lead for your categories, turning long term brand strategy into practical plans that build brand equity and grow the portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will sit in our Commercial team and work closely with R&D, Finance and Operations, as well as our agencies and retail customers. This is a 13 month, part time (0.8) maximum term parental leave cover role based at our Oakleigh South office. What you will be doing • Bring our annual brand plans for (Vicks and Braun) to life, turning strategy into initiatives that drive growth • Dig into sales, market and financial data to find growth opportunities and help improve profitability • Track sales, profit and pricing against targets, and manage your category budgets • Use consumer and market insights to shape brand positioning, innovation and communications • Keep a close eye on competitors and market trends, flagging challenges and opportunities early • Add ideas to the innovation pipeline and steer projects through our Stage Gate process, from development through to launch and post launch review • Manage our agency partners so every campaign and creative asset is on brand and compliant with regulations • Share plans and results with the wider business, working with sales, supply chain, finance and retail partners to get things done About you To be successful in this role, you will have: • A tertiary degree in marketing • Experience as a Senior Brand Manager in FMCG or pharmacy • Experience supporting innovation projects through a Stage Gate process • Strong presentation and communication skills • A proven ability to engage and manage a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects • Knowledge of TGA and CHC regulatory requirements for product, packaging and communications, would be a bonus Why join us As part of the FGB team, you will enjoy: • A generous annual allowance to spend on our fantastic products • Having an additional day of leave for your birthday • Flexibility: we support helping you achieve work/life balance • Employer paid parental leave for eligible employees • The chance to lead brands we exclusively distribute in Australia and New Zealand • Hands on involvement across the full brand cycle, from insights and innovation through to launch • Being part of a proudly Australian, family owned business with more than 150 years of heritage Apply now If you have senior brand management experience in FMCG or pharmacy and know your way around a Stage Gate innovation process, we would love to hear from you, so apply now.
