As a Data Delivery Leads / Data Architects - Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work that designs and builds data infrastructure, data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for clients within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will guide large programs, apply sound judgment in complex settings, and use your influence to shape outcomes, coach teams, and communicate clearly across stakeholders. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will drive delivery across multiple workstreams, validate client feedback, and contribute to solutions that support data modernisation, operational discipline, and thoughtful decision-making. Responsibilities - Leading data architecture and delivery workstreams from design through implementation for complex client programs - Developing data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation logic across cloud and hybrid environments - Shaping data architecture strategies that align infrastructure, analytics, and business objectives - Applying systems thinking to identify root causes, architecture gaps, and improvement opportunities across data landscapes - Leveraging skills in Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and AWS to design scalable data solutions - Validating data quality, modeling approaches, and pipeline performance across warehouse, lake, and operational platforms - Guiding teams through ambiguous delivery challenges while balancing scope, risk, and timeline decisions - Coaching team members on engineering standards, data management practices, and issue resolution methods - Communicating technical tradeoffs and delivery progress to client stakeholders and internal leaders - Modeling professional and technical standards while driving operational excellence across multiple data initiatives What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 12 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating data architecture leadership across complex delivery programs - Applying systems thinking to translate client needs into data solutions - Leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and changing priorities - Crafting executive-ready messages that connect strategy and delivery - Coaching teams through feedback, conflict, and decision points - Designing data modernization approaches using cloud and analytics platforms Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
