Infosys - Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

: - Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities and intelligent solutions. - Identify business opportunities where AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning can create measurable value. - Work closely with business, engineering, data science, ML engineering, UX, and architecture teams to build AI-enabled products. - Translate business problems into well-defined AI product requirements, use cases, workflows, and measurable outcomes. - Own the AI product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to development, deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization. - Prioritize AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data availability, scalability, and risk. - Define product requirements for capabilities such as intelligent search, recommendations, prediction, classification, conversational AI, copilots, and GenAI-enabled workflows. - Partner with data science and engineering teams to evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, scalability, and business impact. - Define appropriate KPIs and success metrics for AI products, including adoption, accuracy, automation rate, productivity, and user satisfaction. - Drive experimentation, proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and iterative product releases. - Ensure responsible AI practices covering privacy, security, explainability, bias, governance, and regulatory requirements. - Stay current with emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies and assess their applicability to business use cases. - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously refine AI capabilities based on usage and performance data. - Manage product backlog, roadmap, release planning, and executive stakeholder communication. - Drive adoption of AI capabilities across business functions and ensure successful implementation at scale.
