Infosys - Product Manager - BPM Platform

: - Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Process Mining, Business Process Management (BPM), and Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) solutions. - Identify business process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities using process mining and process analytics. - Work with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and translate requirements into scalable product solutions. - Drive process discovery, process modelling, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. - Build and prioritize product roadmaps based on business value, customer requirements, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities. - Work closely with engineering, solution architects, UX, data, automation, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade products. - Drive implementation of low-code/no-code applications, workflows, forms, approvals, case management, and business rules. - Identify opportunities to integrate BPM and LCNC platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors. - Define and track KPIs around process efficiency, cycle time, automation rate, cost reduction, SLA adherence, and user adoption. - Lead product discovery, MVP development, POCs, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous product enhancements. - Conduct stakeholder workshops, process assessments, user research, and competitive analysis. - Manage product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, release planning, and cross-functional execution. - Ensure products comply with enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Drive adoption of process intelligence and automation capabilities across business functions. - Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and business impact to senior leadership.
