Product Designer - Figma

Total Experience : 3-6 years Roles & Responsibilities : - Presenter Tools: Real-time camera management, chat, and notes for on-air talent. - Producer Dashboard: Complete control over shows, feeds, and broadcasts with multi-camera support. - Showbuilder: Template-based workflow for creating professional broadcasts with media, slides, and overlays. - Broadcasting & Feeds: Multi-source feed management, overlay capabilities, and real-time show editing. - Media Management: Video upload, trimming, slide deck integration, and overlay placement. - Producer Communications: Backstage messaging and producer coordination during live broadcasts. The designer will work within established patterns and drive incremental improvements while maintaining consistency across this complex producer tool. Key Responsibilities : - Own UX/UI design for Greenroom features from discovery through final delivery (flows, wireframes, UI, interaction patterns). - Collaborate with PM and engineers to define scope, iterate quickly, and ship usable improvements. - Create clickable prototypes and validate concepts with internal stakeholders and users. - Maintain and evolve design patterns to ensure consistency across all the organization's product surfaces. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Work within design systems and contribute to pattern library improvements. Ideal Candidate : - Strong Product Designer / UX-UI Profile with SaaS, video, or media platform experience. - 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, taking features from discovery through final delivery across complex, multi-role enterprise products. - Demonstrated experience designing for SaaS, video, or media platforms. - Expert proficiency with Figma, including high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. - Ability to build and validate clickable prototypes, and maintain/add component libraries in Figma for consistency across a fast-growing surface area. - Strong product thinking - able to translate ambiguous requirements into clear user flows and intuitive UI. - Ability to leverage modern design tools and rapid prototyping / AI workflows to iterate quickly. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Strong communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and QA teams, and be able to co-lead delivery, flag scope risks, and drive decisions. - Experience designing B2B products (not only B2C). - Strong portfolio demonstrating 2+ shipped B2B SaaS products or major features, with clear evidence of UI design work (not only UX/strategy). At least one piece must show dashboard, data-heavy interface, analytics panel, or complex admin/information architecture work. - Candidates whose design experience is limited only to mobile interfaces will not be considered - must have web / desktop / complex product design experience. - Preferred: Experience designing producer/broadcast tools or complex dashboards; knowledge of video streaming, live broadcast, or media production workflows.
