About the Role

Figure is looking for a Principal Product Designer to help shape the future of our financial products, with a primary focus on Figure Markets and opportunities to work across our broader lending ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer who thrives in complex, ambiguous problem spaces.

You will work on products that span investing, lending, borrowing, digital assets, capital markets, and emerging financial infrastructure, often in areas where the product model itself is still being defined.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to turn complicated financial concepts, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and evolving customer needs into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and trustworthy.
