Director, Event Programs (Distinguished Events) - Remote

The Director role supports the Distinguished Events program. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U. S.

Leads execution against the enterprise vision, direction and strategy for a best-in-class events portfolio for assigned program of work with a multimillion-dollar fundraising target.

Partners with department and program leadership to develop and support the execution of core strategies to maximize revenue and engagement with fundraising events. Ensures revenue goal achievement through collaboration with leadership, event staff, and the engagement and mobilization of volunteers and partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coaches and supports staff managing and influencingfundraising eventson core revenue drivers including volunteer leadership, sponsorship, event experience, and stewardship.

(20%) Leads and manages program specific enterprise-wide projects and initiatives including staff partner support to leadership volunteer teams. (20%) Partners with themarketing andoperations team touse data/insights,develop training, collateral, andresourcesto ensure achievement of goals.

(20%) Drives a donor-centric approach to revenue generation by cultivating and stewarding high-value relationships,leveragingconsistent engagement strategies and shared portfolio management practices across markets.

(20%) Serves as a strategic advisor to market and event leadership on budgets and forecasting, ensuring strong ROI and achievement of top- and bottom-line goals. (10%) Partners with the enterprise development leaders to develop revenue
