The Role Lumen is seeking an experienced GTM Systems Administrator specializing in LeanData to lead the administration, governance, optimization, and evolution of our Lead-to-Revenue operations platform.

This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining LeanData to support enterprise lead routing, account matching, queue management, buying group orchestration, meeting scheduling, and revenue process automation across multiple Salesforce environments.

The GTM Systems Administrator will partner closely with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Campaign Operations, Demand Generation, and Salesforce teams to design scalable processes that improve speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, operational efficiency, and pipeline performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong platform administration skills, deep understanding of lead management processes, and a passion for building intelligent, automated customer journeys that support business growth.
