About the RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter to support end to end hiring for middle and senior level positions at SaveLIFE Foundation over the course of this engagement.

This is a hands on role that goes beyond sourcing and screening: it calls for someone who can represent SaveLIFE and the opportunity in a way that draws strong candidates in, hold real, encouraging conversations that help people see themselves in the role, and coordinate the interview process closely with internal stakeholders to close positions on time.

Role and ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for middle and senior level roles across functionsBuild and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channelsProactively identify and reach out to strong candidates who are not actively job hunting, and make a genuine, well-informed case for why they should consider SaveLIFEPromote each role in a way that reflects both the opportunity and SaveLIFE's mission, so candidates understand not just what the job involves but why the work mattersHave honest, encouraging conversations with candidates at every stage, answer their questions, address any hesitations, and help them see how the role fits their career goalsCoordinate interview scheduling and follow up for timely feedback from panelsPartner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesManage candidate communication so the experience reflects SaveLIFE's standards at every stage, from first outreach to offerMaintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline dataQualifications and Professional Experience2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of hiring middle and senior level professionalsComfortable with proactive, headhunting-style outreachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior recruitment experience in the nonprofit or development sector is a plus, not mandatory
