Power Generation Engineer, AWS Global Energy

Do you get excited about the idea of pushing the - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - 3+ years of experience with leading power infrastructure designs in complex mission critical facilities combined with 3+ years of design or operational support for power generation infrastructure systems - In-depth knowledge of continuous operating redundant electrical systems and power infrastructure.

This includes but is not limited to; uninterruptible power sources, medium and low voltage electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, automatic/static transfer switches.

- Experience and knowledge of power generations equipment, systems, controls, including, but not limited to; diesel generators, distributed energy resources, gas turbines, battery energy storage systems.

- Experience and knowledge of medium-voltage and high-voltage equipment, including substation configurations, protection requirements, and integration of on-site power.

- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, single and three-line diagrams, P&ID drawings, submittals, sequence of operations, and mechanical and electrical drawing packages.
