Warehouse Operations Manager /3PL MNC./East!

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting client KPIs. Operations Management • • Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes. • • Plan and execute warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. • • Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs. • • Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs. Staff Management • • Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff. • • Conduct performance reviews and training programs. • • Allocate manpower based on volume forecasts and workload. Inventory & Systems • • Ensure accurate stock records and regular cycle counts. • • Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other logistics systems (i.e. SAP) • • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Safety & Compliance • • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, SCDF regulations). • • Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and audits. • • Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment. Continuous Improvement • • Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity. • • Analyze KPIs and operational data to propose process improvements. • • Lead or participate in automation and digital transformation projects. Client & Stakeholder Engagement • • Serve as the key contact for customers. • • Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. • • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations. Requirements • • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. • • 5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role. • • Strong knowledge of SAP, inventory practices, and warehouse safety regulations. • • Good communication and leadership skills.
