This role involves building, scaling, and operating cloud partner enablement programs as a Senior Channel Programs & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

include designing and implementing a comprehensive cloud partner journey from inception. This role requires hyperscaler expertise and exceptional cross-functional coordination abilities. You will define processes for onboarding, certifying, and scaling cloud partners on a global scale.

As a Senior Channel Programs & Ops Manager, you will be responsible for: Designing the governance model for cloud partner enablement programs globally. Building end-to-end cloud certification and onboarding journeys tailored to partner needs.

Orchestrating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing.. Establishing scalable processes supporting cloud GTM motions and partner growth Defining operational frameworks ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.
