Job Description

Position: Spare Parts Executive Working hours: 8am-5pm Working days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri) Locations: Lentor Salary: $2800 - $3500 Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements. Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.

Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time. Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements. Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement. Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination. Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts will be advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
